Monapetra grew out of Iris Sulos Özbaş's deep interest in art and design. Trained in visual arts, Iris brought her natural gift for drawing into jewellery, where aesthetics and storytelling meet.
After university she was introduced to her husband's family's passion for ancient objects unearthed from the soil. Their textures and patterns became the defining element of her work. Monapetra's first step was a ring collection that joined this historic inspiration with modern lines — not merely accessories, but stories carried from the past into today.
Today that story continues in necklaces, earrings and bracelets — and in custom design, it becomes yours.
