1.    Monapetra Mücevher ve Takı Tasarım Üretim ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (herein referred as “Monapetra” ) is liable for manufacturing defects for the products it sells in accordance with the conditions specified in the warranty certificate or invoice.

2. Warranty period may vary depending on product and model.

3. The product is repaired free of charge due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period and returned to the customer.

4.    Azami onarım süresi arızalı ürünün, atölyemizde, usta olmaması durumunda da ürünün satıcısı bayii, acente, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı veya imalatçısı - üreticisinden birine bildirim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve 30 iş günüdür.

The maximum repair period starts from the date of notification to our workshop ( or dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer) and is 30 working days.

5.    If a product within the scope of the warranty fails and the failure cannot be repaired within 15 working days, “Monapetra” allocates another product with similar characteristics to the user's use until the repair of the product is completed.

6.    Repairs of the product will be carried out in the authorized workshop of Monapetra.

7. Defective products should be delivered to the “Monapetra” center (shipment to the address indicated in the return section). After the repair of the defective products, Monapetra ”is responsible for shipping costs.

8. Any disputes that may arise should be notified to our company in writing.

9. The Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection can be consulted for problems arising out of all circumstances.
